What determines the price of the Charter?
We have a flat rate local rate within the GTA and Niagara Falls region of $3,200 / day Taxes are included. Overnight stays, a hotel for the driver will also be required. Charters outside the GTA will have an additional cost
How many hours in a day can we have the bus for?
A maximum of 12 hours per day. For example if the pick up is at 9 AM, the final drop off will need to be 9 PM
How soon do I need to book the Charter bus?
Every company will say the sooner the better. It is highly recommended that you rent a bus early in the planning process, because as you get closer to your event, availability tends to become an issue. And many times we do get fully booked. Information needed to reserve – The main information we need to make a reservation – Name – Contact Number – Email address – Date – Planned itinerary ( times and locations)
